Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
We want you to love your BAE Potion House products. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
How to Return
- Email us at hello@baepotion.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products for a different item of equal value. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
